Change your plan
Ask for a bigger plan or annual billing. We make the change and charge you the difference.

Open Billing
Go to Billing. The Change plan section shows once your subscription is active. If you're still on your trial, use Subscribe instead.
Pick what to upgrade to
Under Upgrade to you only see real upgrades: a plan with more seats, or your current plan billed annually if you pay monthly today. Each option shows its price and seats.
Request the upgrade
Tap Request upgrade. The page shows the date of your request and that we'll be in touch to make the change.
Wait for the change
When we make the change, your saved card is charged for the new plan, less the unused days of your current one. Once it's paid, your new plan shows in Your plan. If your bank wants you to confirm the charge, it shows under Finish this payment. If your card declines it, the change isn't made.
Ask for a smaller plan
Moving to a smaller plan, or from annual back to monthly, isn't done on the page. Tap the "Contact us" link below the options and we'll sort it out with you.
