If your Meta catalog is empty or missing listings, check what the card says and what Meta rejected.

What's happening

In Portals, look at the status on the Meta — Facebook & Instagram card. It tells you whether Meta has fetched your feed, how many listings your site sent and how many it left out.

It says Waiting for first fetch

Meta isn't reading your feed yet. In Commerce Manager, check that you added the Feed URL as a Scheduled feed to your Home listings catalog, fetched daily. If you rotated the URL in the console, paste the new one.

It says Last fetch failed

Read the "Last error:" below it. If no listing meets the requirements, your site doesn't serve Meta an empty feed, so it doesn't wipe what it already had. Fix the listings and wait for the next fetch.

Some listings are missing

If the need a fix count is above zero, tap a group under "Next: fix these to send them". Meta also needs a map location, whether it's for sale or rent, and the currency. You'll see, for example, "Has no map location". Fix it and tap Save changes.

If a listing says "Kept off this portal" in its Portals section, check Meta's box and save.

Meta rejected it

If your site sent it and it still doesn't show, open Data sources in Commerce Manager, under Issues. That's where Meta explains what it rejected.
