Reset your password

Ask for the link

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. Enter your Email and tap Send reset link.

Open the email

You get an email with a link to reset your password. The link expires in 60 minutes and works only once. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Choose a new password

Enter your New password and repeat it in Confirm password. It must be 8 to 72 characters; below the fields you see each rule tick off. Tap Update password.

If you see "This reset link is invalid or has expired.", tap Request a new link and start again.

Sign in with the new one

You're back on the sign-in screen with the notice "Password updated. Sign in with your new password.". For security, you're signed out on every browser and device.
