Privacy Notice

This notice explains how letsrealty handles the personal data it collects on this website, www.letsrealty.io, including through the trial request form. It follows Costa Rica's Law on the Protection of the Person with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data (Ley 8968) and its regulations.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], cédula jurídica [CÉDULA JURÍDICA], with registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Costa Rica ("letsrealty", "we"). You can contact us about your data at hola@letsrealty.io.

The data that our customers store in their own letsrealty websites and CRMs, such as the leads of an agency, is handled on their behalf. For that data, the agency is responsible, and our Terms of Service apply.

2. What the trial request collects and why

When you request a trial, we collect:

  • your name, email address and WhatsApp number, to contact you about your trial;
  • your agency's name, the letsrealty address you would like, your country and your team size, to set up your trial and suggest a Plan;
  • your current website, if you give it, to prepare the import of your listings;
  • your preferred language, to write to you in it.

We use this data only to answer your request, set up your trial and follow up on it. We send you a confirmation email, and we may contact you by email or WhatsApp about your trial. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

By submitting the form, you consent to this processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing already carried out.

3. Spam protection and analytics

  • Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is sent by a person. Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics for that check only.
  • Analytics: we measure visits and clicks with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. We count events such as clicks on "Start free trial" and completed requests, with your country, team size and language, never your name, email or phone number.
  • This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Who processes the data

We use these providers, which process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

  • Vercel (United States): hosting of this website and analytics;
  • Resend (United States): delivery of the emails the form sends;
  • Cloudflare (United States): domain name service and Turnstile;
  • Google Workspace (United States): our email inbox, where trial requests arrive;
  • Tilopay (Costa Rica): card payments, if you subscribe.

Some of these providers are outside Costa Rica, so your data may be transferred abroad. We choose providers that protect it with appropriate security and contractual safeguards.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. How long we keep it

Trial requests are not stored in a database. They arrive only as an email in our inbox, and we keep that email until you ask us to delete it. If you become a customer, we keep your account details for as long as you are subscribed and as the law requires afterwards, for example for invoices.

6. Your rights

Under Ley 8968, you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you;
  • rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • have it deleted (cancellation);
  • object to its processing and withdraw your consent.

To exercise them, write to hola@letsrealty.io from the address you used, or with enough information for us to identify you. We answer within five business days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes (PRODHAB).

7. Security

We protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it.

8. Minors

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at minors.

9. Changes

We may update this notice. We publish the current version on this page, and we notify customers of material changes by email.
