Request a re-sync
If you changed listings on your old site, ask our team to import them again.

Open Import
In the menu, tap Import and stay on the Your website tab. The re-sync only shows once your site is Verified.
Ask for the re-sync
Under Last import, scroll to Re-sync and tap Request a re-sync. You'll see the Re-sync requested notice. You only make the request: our team is the one who runs the import.
Wait for us to run it
While the request is pending, the button is disabled and shows the date you asked below it. There's no need to ask again. Once our team runs it, the button is available again.
Check the result
During the import you'll see Import in progress…. When it finishes, Last import shows the date and how many listings were New, Updated, Archived and Failed.
