📘 How it worksHow portals work

Your site gives each portal a feed of your listings, and the portal fetches it on its own. Here's how you choose what goes out and see how it's going.

The portal fetches your feed

When you turn a portal on in Portals, your site prepares a feed for it: a private URL with your listings. You paste that Feed URL into the portal, and the portal fetches it on its own schedule, usually once a day. There's nothing to upload by hand: every change goes out on the next fetch. Turning a portal on needs a subscription; you can't during the free trial.

Which listings go out

Every live listing goes out, unless you keep it off in the Portals section of its page or it's missing something. Every listing needs a web address, a price, photos and a Place, and each portal asks for its own extras. Encuentra24, for example, needs at least 3 photos and Spanish text. If nothing qualifies, your site doesn't serve an empty feed, so the portal doesn't wipe your ads.

The card shows how it's going

Each portal has a card with its status: Off, Waiting for first fetch, Live or Last fetch failed. Below it you see how many ads were sent, how many need a fix and how many are over the limit. The "Next: fix these to send them" line takes you straight to what's missing.

Leads come back to you

Encuentra24 can send you its buyers' inquiries. They land in Leads with the Channel source, and the card counts how many arrived. Meta doesn't send leads.
