Connect Encuentra24
Publish your properties on Encuentra24 without copying and pasting, and get its enquiries in Leads.

Turn the portal on
In Portals, find the Encuentra24 card and turn on Publish to this portal. The status changes to Waiting for first fetch until Encuentra24 reads your feed.
Set how many and how
Tap Manage and, under Settings, set the Listings your plan allows, who shows as the Contact on each ad and how many Photos per ad. Then tap Save settings.
Copy the feed URL
Under Connection, tap Copy next to Feed URL and paste it into Encuentra24's import settings. Your business account there must include the XML/XLS import.
Try Demo Mode first
On Encuentra24, run Demo Mode and fix whatever it reports. A live import replaces all your Encuentra24 ads with the feed's, even the ones you uploaded by hand.
Schedule the daily import
Once Demo Mode reports no errors, switch to the daily import. From then on, every change to your properties goes out on the next import.
Get its enquiries
Copy the Lead URL and paste it into Encuentra24's lead settings. Its enquiries land in Leads with the Channel source.
