⚠ ProblemMy property isn't showing on Encuentra24
Encuentra24 only gets the listings that meet its requirements and fit your plan. Here's how to see what's happening with yours.

What's happening
Open the property and scroll to Portals. Next to Encuentra24 you see "Ready to go out", "Kept off this portal" or the list of what it's missing, like "Has fewer than 3 photos" or "Has no Spanish text — translate the listing".
It's missing something
Fix each reason on the list in its section and tap Save changes. Encuentra24 asks for more than your site does: at least 3 photos, the built area (or lot size, for land), a property type, Spanish text and a contact phone or email. The title and description can't contain emails, web addresses or phone numbers.
If it says "Its place isn’t mapped to an Encuentra24 region yet", check that the Place is right. If it is, there's nothing to change on the listing: that Place isn't mapped to an Encuentra24 region yet.
It's kept off
If it says "Kept off this portal", check Encuentra24's box and tap Save changes.
It's over the limit
If it says "Over your plan’s listing limit", it's complete but doesn't fit your Encuentra24 plan. Read how to choose which ones go out in the article about the limit.
Encuentra24 hasn't imported it yet
If it says "Ready to go out", wait for the next daily import. In Demo Mode, Encuentra24 publishes nothing. If the card in Portals says Last fetch failed, look at the "Last error:" below it.
