Work your leads
Claim a lead, message them on WhatsApp and move them through the pipeline until you close.

Find yours
In Leads, filter Owner by Mine or Unassigned. The New view shows what nobody has picked up yet.
Claim it
Open an unassigned lead and tap Claim: you're now its owner. If you can't follow up, tap Release so someone else on your team can take it. If you're an Admin, you pick who owns it from the owner menu instead.
Message them
Tap WhatsApp to open a chat with their number, or use Call or Email. Replying in the first few minutes is when they're most likely to answer.
Log and schedule
In Log an activity, pick the Kind (a call, a visit, a task), write a Title, then pick when it's due and a Reminder. Tap Add activity.
Move them along the pipeline
With Move to, move them to Contacted and then through each stage until Won or Lost. In the Board view you can also drag cards between stages.
