Where the posts come from

An Admin connects an Instagram Business or Creator account in Settings, on the Integrations tab, with Connect Instagram. Personal accounts don't work. They then add an Instagram feed section to Home, About, Contact or a custom page, and pick the account under Show the posts of.

What visitors see

The section shows the newest posts, 6, 9 or 12 depending on How many, as a Grid or a Scrolling row, as chosen under Layout. Videos carry a play icon. Each post opens on Instagram, and with Follow button on, a button to follow the account appears.

How often it refreshes

Posts are copied from Instagram every six hours, so a new one takes a while to show. To skip the wait, tap Refresh now beside the account in Integrations: they arrive in a minute.

When it doesn't show

While the section has no account picked, or the account has no posts copied yet, your site shows nothing; only the editor's preview shows empty tiles. If Instagram stops accepting the access, the account changes to Needs reconnecting and your site keeps showing the last posts until you tap Reconnect. If you disconnect it, the section stops showing.
