Export your leads

Open your leads

Go to Leads. Exporting is for the Admin only; an Agent doesn't see the button.

Download the file

Tap Export CSV. It downloads leads.csv with every lead, won and lost ones included. The list's filters and search don't change what's exported.

Open it in your spreadsheet

The file is UTF-8, so Excel shows accents correctly. It has one row per lead with their name, email, phone, source, campaign, stage, owner, created date, the last property they asked about and their notes.
