The sources

Every lead shows its Source in the list and on its record:

  • Website: they filled in a form on your site, on a property, an Agent or Contact.
  • Concierge: the AI assistant on your site chatted with them and handed them to your team.
  • Widget: they wrote from a letsrealty form placed on another website of yours.
  • Channel: they came from a portal you publish on, like Encuentra24. Their record says which.
  • API: a tool connected to your account sent them in.
  • Import: a connected tool brought in an old contact, with its original date.
  • Manual: someone on your team added them by hand.

One person, many inquiries

If someone writes again with the same email or phone, no new lead is created: the new inquiry is added to the one you have. When the email matches one lead and the phone another, they're flagged as a possible duplicate.

Who owns it

If they asked about a property, the owner is that property's Agent. If they wrote to an Agent, it's that Agent. A general inquiry, like one from Contact, stays Unassigned. New inquiries never change the owner a lead already has.
