Where they write

Your site has a "Send an inquiry" form on each listing's page, on each Agent's page and on Contact, and in any contact sections you add to other pages. It asks for a name, an email or a phone number, and a message. Once they send it, the visitor sees "Thanks — we'll be in touch". If you have Concierge on, the assistant also hands you visitors through its own form.

What reaches the console

Each inquiry lands in Leads with Source Website, or Concierge if it came through the assistant. If the person wrote before with the same email or phone, the inquiry joins their record instead of creating another. Beside the inquiry you see which listings they looked at on your site, and AI scores it if scoring is on.

Who gets told

An email goes out right away:

  • if they asked about a listing, to its Agent; the lead becomes theirs if it had no owner yet;
  • if they wrote to an Agent, to that Agent;
  • if it's a general inquiry, like the one on Contact, to every Admin, and it stays Unassigned.

If the Agent has no email, the alert goes to an Admin. If the lead already has a different owner, they get the alert too. Even if the email fails, the inquiry is never lost.

Calls and WhatsApp don't go through here

The call and WhatsApp buttons open the conversation straight with the Agent, or with your agency's number. Those contacts don't create a lead; add one by hand if you need it.
