Send matching properties
Save what a lead is looking for and send them the properties that fit, by WhatsApp or email.

Write down what they want
On the lead's record, scroll to Looking for. Fill in what you know: Locations, Listing type, Property types, Min price and Max price with their Currency, Min beds, Min baths and amenities. Anything you leave empty matches anything.
Save the criteria
Tap Save criteria. A price needs a currency, and prices never convert between currencies.
Check the matches
Matches lists your live properties that meet everything you saved. Each one says Why it matches. Listings they already asked about or that you already sent aren't suggested again.
Pick which to send
Tick the box of each property you want to send them.
Send them
Tap Send by WhatsApp to open a chat with their number and a message with the links ready, or Send by email to email them the links. WhatsApp needs their phone; email needs their email. Either way, your website needs a live address.
Check what you sent
Each property you send is linked as Interested, and a note is logged in the activity on the record.
