The lead score

AI reads what the lead has told you (their inquiries, the properties they asked about, what they're looking for and your notes) and their browsing history. From that it gives them a score from 0 to 100 and a tier: Hot, Warm, Moderate or Cold. On their record, Lead score also shows the Buyer type, a Recommended action and why.

The score never changes the stage: that's your call.

When it updates

A lead is scored again on every new inquiry from your website, unless it's Won or Lost. If you added notes or criteria, tap Rescore; you can do it once an hour. Until they have a score, it says Unscored. The Admin can turn it off in Settings, under Lead Scoring; existing scores stay. If the month's AI spend limit is reached, scoring pauses and picks up when it resumes.

Use it in the list

In Leads, filter by Score or, under Sort, pick Score, highest first to reach the hottest ones first.

The browsing history

When someone gets in touch through your site, their browser shares what they looked at before: how many visits, how long they stayed, the properties they viewed and their recent searches. You see it under Browsing History on the record. Before they get in touch, nobody knows who they are.
