Publish your first property
From title to photos in seven steps. The moment you create it, it's live on your website.

Open the wizard
In Properties, tap New property. The top shows which step you're on, and the wizard keeps what you type as you move between steps.
Add the basics and the price
Write a clear title, pick the Property type and whether it's For sale or For rent. On the next step, set the currency and the price. If you leave the price empty, your site shows Price on request.
Choose where it is
Type a town or district in Place and pick it from the list. It's required: your site uses it for area search and the portals ask for it. Areas, the Address and the Map pin are optional.
Fill in the details and description
Add bedrooms, bathrooms, square metres and amenities, then copy that sells it. It's all optional, but every field feeds your site's filters and the portals.
Upload the photos
Drag them into the box and put them in order. The first one is the Cover; tap Make cover on another to change it. Each photo can be up to 10 MB.
Review and create
Check the summary: Edit takes you back to any step. Tap Create property and keep the tab open while the photos upload. When it's done, its edit page opens and the property is already Active on your site.
