Send owner reports every month
On the 1st of each month, your listings' owners get an email on how the month before went, without you sending it by hand.

Link each owner
The report goes to leads linked to a listing with the Owner role, under Associations on their record. Each one needs an email. If an owner isn't in your leads yet, add them first.
Turn on monthly reports
In the menu, tap Settings. Under Owner reports, turn on Send owner reports monthly. It saves at once and you'll see Settings saved.
Let them go out on their own
On the 1st of each month, every owner with an email gets a report on their listings for the month before. Each owner gets one report a month, even with several listings with you.
Turn them off any time
Go back to Settings and turn the switch off. From then on, no monthly report goes out. You can still send a report by hand from the owner's record whenever you need to.
