Send an owner report
Show a property owner how their property is doing, with a link they get by email.

Link them as the owner
The report is for a lead who owns one of your properties. On their record, under Associations, pick the Property, set the Role to Owner and tap Link property. If the owner isn't in your leads yet, add them first.
Check what it covers
Owner report shows up, listing their properties. The report covers the last 30 days of each: its status and price, views per day, how many inquiries it drew (never who from) and days on market.
Send it
Tap Send owner report. They get an email with a link that works for 90 days, no password needed. If they have no email, you'll see "Add an email to this lead first.".
See whether they opened it
Above the button you see when it was last sent and whether it's Not opened yet or Opened. The send and the open also show up in the activity on the record.
