A link in their email

The owner gets an email with a link to a page on your site, with your branding. They need no account or password. The link works for 90 days; after that the page says "This report link has expired" and asks them to get a fresh one from you. Search engines don't list the page.

The period

At the top they see the title "Your owner report" and the dates it covers. If you sent it by hand with Send owner report, it's the last 30 days. If it goes out on its own with Send owner reports monthly, it's the whole previous month, and the email has a link to unsubscribe.

One card per listing

Each listing they're linked to as the owner shows its cover and title, and these figures:

  • the current price and, if it changed, how much it went up or down since it was listed;
  • the period's views and a chart of views per day;
  • how many inquiries it got, never from whom;
  • its days on market.

If you archived it, it says "Off market". If it's still on your site, a button opens its page. The figures are read live each time they open the link.

Their agent

At the end is their agent, with a photo and buttons to call or email them. It's the Agent profile of whoever sent the report; if they have no active one, the Agent of their first listing.
