A personal link
When you tap Send survey, your client gets an email with a link to a page on your site, with your branding. They need no account or password. The link is theirs alone, works for 14 days and can be answered once. Search engines don't list the page.
What it asks
The page is titled "How did we do?" and takes a minute:
- four ratings from 1 to 5: "Overall experience", "Communication", "Market knowledge" and "Responsiveness";
- "How likely are you to recommend us?", from 0 to 10;
- "What went well?" and "What could we improve?", which are optional.
The ratings and the recommendation are required. Once they submit, they see "Thank you" and there's nothing more to do.
When the link no longer works
If they already answered, the page says "Thanks — you've already responded". If the 14 days have passed, they see "This survey link has expired or was already used". Then send them a new survey from their record.
Where you see their answers
When they open the page, the status on their record changes to Opened; when they submit, to Completed. Their answers go into the record's activity, and the Surveys filter shows them together.
