📘 How it worksAgents and team users
An Agent is who appears on your website. A team user is who signs in to the console. They can be the same person.

An Agent appears on your site
An Agent is a public profile: name, portrait, contact details and bio. It shows on your site's Agents page and beside their properties. You create it in Agents, and every active agent takes one seat on your plan. An Agent can't sign in on their own.
A team user signs in to the console
A team user is someone with an email and password for the console. You invite them in Team, as an Admin or an Agent. Users don't take seats and don't appear on your site. An Admin with no linked profile, for example, runs everything without showing on the Agents page.
Link them when they're the same person
If an agent also works in the console, create their profile in Agents, invite them in Team and, in their row's menu, tap Link agent profile. From then on they edit that profile in My profile, and the Agent profile column in Team shows who they're linked to. Each user links to one profile.
Deactivating is separate
Deactivating an agent takes them off your site, but not out of the console. Deactivating a user takes away their access, but their profile stays on your site. When someone leaves, do both.
