Edit an agent profile
Change the portrait, contact details, bio or web address your site shows for an agent.

Open the profile
If you're an Admin, go to Agents and tap the agent you want to edit. If you're an Agent, open My profile, where you edit only your own.
Change the portrait
Under Portrait, tap Replace portrait or Add portrait. The image shows square, cropped from the centre, and saves as soon as you pick it.
Update the profile and contact details
Change the Name, Preferred language, Email or Phone. Each section where you change something is marked Edited.
Complete the author profile
Author profile holds the Job title, Credentials, a bio in each language and the Social links. The bio shows on the blog posts the agent writes.
Check the web address
Web address is the part of the link to their page on your site. If you change it, the old address keeps working as a redirect.
Save your changes
The bar at the bottom tells you when there are Unsaved changes. Tap Save changes, or Discard to go back to what was saved.
